We just got married at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and since the prices for DJ at Hard Rock were ridiculous, we decided to shop around for an external vendor and I'm so glad we did! We found Uno Audiovisual with competitive packages. DJ Luca was always very informative and super easy to work with from the very beginning.

The day of the wedding the on site coordinator was terrible so I asked DJ Luca and DJ Bogar to take the lead on the reception program and they did great! The atmosphere was just awesome!

The dance floor, lightening and entire set up were perfect.

They worked with our song request list, add their personal touch and everything turned out wonderful, we received a lot of compliments from our guests about the music and atmosphere...

While searching for a DJ for our destination wedding in the Riviera Maya in Mexico, we were lucky enough to find DJ Luca through Best Destination Wedding. We sent him an email asking about availability and pricing and he was very quick to respond. We found his prices to be much more reasonable than other DJ's we spoke to, and were happy with the services he offered. We were a little nervous about choosing a DJ without ever meeting him/her, but our worries vanished after all of the conversations we had back and forth. DJ Luca was always very responsive, always with a positive attitude and tone to his emails (and his English was perfect which was a HUGE plus).

In our correspondence before the wedding, DJ Luca DJ'd another wedding at our resort in the same reception location and was kind enough to take a video of the setup and send it to us to make sure that we liked the setup and location... a very nice and thoughtful touch. Also before the wedding, he sent us an incredible document of various songs to be played at the reception and ceremony, which helped us TREMENDOUSLY. He even offered to send us high quality files of the songs we wanted for the ceremony, even though his DJ service was only for the reception. He just continued to impress us!

On the day of the wedding (at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort), DJ Luca showed up 2 hours before the beginning of the reception to get everything set up. His setup was awesome!! Amazing lights (it felt like a club with strobe lights and all sorts of colors), and the music quality was excellent. The wifi microphone was also great for speeches and impromptu toasts. He played every single song we requested and was able to work the crowd, making sure people were dancing and enjoying themselves. We got SO many compliments on our music at the reception and everyone had an amazing time. The father/daughter dance, first dance, etc. went flawlessly. I really can't say enough good things about the service DJ Luca provided.

My husband and I hired the UNO Audiovisual Team (DJ Luca) for our destination wedding at the Riu Palace Mexico in Playa del Carmen on May 12th 2016. After being disappointed with the little service that was offered by the resort's DJ and the unreasonable price he was charging, we took it upon ourselves to start our own research to hire an external vendor.

This meant having to pay the resort an additional fee, but it was SO worth it! DJ Luca was easily accessible through e-mails and Skype, always providing quick responses. Skyping was a definite plus as we got to know him more and he got to know my husband and I better than we would have just through emails. One MAJOR plus was that Luca customized our music based on the form he requested us to fill out with our top songs. Based off of that, he chose additional music that fit our personalities PERFECT! Most DJs play the top hits but we wanted a more unique experience.

We even met with Luca one year prior when we took a trip out to Mexico to start planning the wedding. He was able to see where we were planning on having the reception so he could take note of where his power sources were and where he could set up his equipment. He takes a lot of time and effort in his preparations, which makes him outstanding! He kept the whole group going all night - there was never a dull moment! Just a few days prior to the wedding, we decided to go ahead with the illuminated infinity dance floor, which was THE BEST DECISION EVER!!! It made not only for amazing pictures, but added so much fun to the night! Everyone complemented us on it! The Uno Audiovisual team did a fantastic job and was truly responsible for the best day/night of our lives.

Words cannot express the amount of fun and memories they helped us create. We even overheard people on the beach the next day talking about how "that wedding was having one hell of a party!" and how cool the set up and dance floor were.

WOW! Music is so important to a party and DJ Luca knocked it out of the park! He kept the party so fun and upbeat all night long that people didn't want it to end!

I think his success is tied to the preparation. He took the time to meet with us on two occasions prior to the wedding to get to know us and the type of music we wanted to hear.

He also called us twice to discuss the song selections since we were coming to Mexico from the United States.

We chose DJ Luca for our Tulum wedding because he was professional, very communicative and enthusiastic during our initial phone conversations.

And it turned out to be a great decision. Our wedding group was small (35 people) and in an intimate restaurant setting with outdoor dancing.

DJ Luca set up his equipment so he could DJ both the long three hour dinner as well as the ensuing outdoor party. His music selection for both parts of the evening were spot on.

From our previous exchanges, he had a good impression of our taste of music.

We sent him a list of tracks as orientation, and he took in and developed it further with a lot of great additions from his side.

We also established how many announcements we would like from his side, and he stuck to it and MCd the first dance beautifully. He also had no problem at bringing elements from different cultures (our wedding was German/Ghanaian) together and to get everyone dancing.

After the party, we heard from many guests who were extremely impressed with the DJ. DJ Luca is truly a pro at what he does, five stars!

UNO Audiovisual came recommended by my wedding planner - and I'm so glad she put me in contact with them, they were amazing! We spoke with Luca - who was very communicative, easy to work with and keen to go above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was perfect.

DJ Bogar who DJed at our wedding party was GREAT - he set up the sound system well in advance, put together a great set, mixed tracks live (not many wedding DJs do), read the crowd very well and kept our guests dancing for 5 hours straight.

He also brought really nice lighting for the party - which was a bonus! UNO's pricing is competitive and in line with other established DJ / Audiovisual services in Riviera Maya - so you will get a fair deal.

It’s with Great pleasure that write this testimonial for DJ Luca Zannelli.

We were in Playa Del Carmen staying at the El Taj for our son’s wedding on 11/14/15 with 133 guests attending (121 adults and 12 children).

We decided to have a post wedding beach party at the Indigo Restaurant and Beach Club the following day on 11/15/14 for ALL the wedding guests.

We had already invited all the wedding guests and had planned the menu with the Indigo Beach Club well in advance. However, about 2weeks before we decided that we needed some music and dancing at our beach party.

Luca Zannelli agreed to be our DJ for this post wedding party! He was exceptional!! He and Eric played everything and more that we and many of the guests requested.

He emailed me a contract which was very easy to execute and then he asked me a number of questions about ages of the guests, where are they were from, type of music from oldies to modern pop, disco, rock, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

He prepared an excellent mix of different genres to get everyone dancing.

That did happen very fast; many were up and dancing within 10 minutes of arriving.

We had ages ranging from 10 to early eighties.

I asked him to focus on the wedding party and their friends which were mostly early to mid 30’s.

The wedding music the day before was fantastic but we had many many compliments that DJ Luca was even better!

He was getting many guest requests and with such a large of a group he managed to play most of them!

We planned to stop the party at 10:00 pm, but everyone was having such a great time dancing on the beach we asked him to play another hour which he quickly agreed to.

I never noticed too many folks just standing around, they were all up and having a blast!!

I strongly recommend him and if we are ever in Mexico again, I would hire him in a flash.

My wife and I recently got married in April on the beach in Tulum.

Our wedding planner recommended DJ Luca, and we couldn't have been happier.

He communicated with us beforehand to get songs we wanted to hear during the ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and dancing.

He found all of the songs that we wanted, including some pretty obscure Russian ones for my wife's family!

He was professional every step of the way, and helped arrange so that our friends could play guitar and sing a song through his amp and equipment during the ceremony.

He can either stick to your playlists or play songs according to your genre tastes and crowd (or any combination thereof).

We let people request songs at the end of the dancing party, and he was more than happy to oblige.

He also has good equipment and speakers (which is important).

More importantly he has a great attitude and a pleasure to work with, we were glad we chose him.

We had never been to Playa del Carmen so it was nice having a referral to work with.

From day 1, Luca was very easy to work with, explained all the details, and worked with us on pricing.

I gave him my list of songs that I wanted, and when I wanted them played and he followed the instruction perfectly!

Everyone at the wedding had a great time, the dancing didn't stop.

I was actually surprised at how smoothly everything flowed! He was even nice enough to make a special trip back to the resort first thing in the morning to bring my uncle his cellphone that he had left at the DJ Booth the night before.

I could not be more pleased that we hired DJ Luca to make our party fun and lively! We were married at the Sandos Caracol resort in Playa del Carmen in February 2014.

Prior to arriving to the resort, Luca was in touch with us via email several months in advance. He sent us a list of "moments" to help guide us through the song selection process.

He also provided two awesome pre-made mix options for us to choose from. We had our own playlist, however, and he was more than accommodating. DJ Luca's team had everything set up (lights, speakers, equipment) by the time we were finished with dinner and ready to party.

There were 44 of us, and by the time everyone had had a few drinks, they were making requests.

Luca's team handled it with patience and made sure that every request was played.

I wish that he lived in the DFW area so that I could hire him for every event.

Never have I been so satisfied with a vendor, and I would absolutely recommend his services.
